If you just once need an extra traffic allocation, BigSizeMail has Turbo option packs that allows you to buy an extra 500 MB bandwidth that can be reallocated to you bandwidth for the rest of the year ending at your suscription anniversary. Each extra 500 MB pack costs € 50. You can easely order these extras at any time on your www.BigSizeMail.com admin page.
The Turbo option allows you to buy extra credits when your traffic allowance is not large enough for some extra files you need to send. You can buy these Turbo option credits any time, 24 hours a day, on your admin page and these are available after you proceed to your payment (instantly available with credit card payment).
eg : you have a 500 MB suscription and you buy an extra 500 MB Turbo option pack. Suppose this month you have already used 400 MB out of your regular 500 MB traffic allowance. You need to send a 200 MB file. 200 MB + 400 MB = 600 MB means you need an extra 100 MB allowance. You take a 500 MB Turbo pack that gives you this extra 100 Mb you need and you still have another 400 MB extra allowance available if you need extra allowance any time during your suscription year.
Do my contacts need to suscribe a BigSizeMail account ?
No, your contacts do not have to be BigSizeMail suscribers.They get your email wih a link to click to download your file. That's it.
Do I need some special equipment to use BigSizeMail services ?
Not at all. You just need a computer and a regular internet connection.
Is unused bandwidth allocated on my next month allocation ?
Besides the extra Turbo option pack allowance you could suscribe, the unused traffic allowance is not reallocated to your next month allowance.
